Meet the Staff
Lynn, Practice Manager
Lynn, First Surgical Assistant to Dr. Kemsley, consults on surgical procedures and provides pre- and post-operative counseling to Dr. Kemsley's patients. She works with the patients alongside the doctor from the pre-op evaluation to the operating room and follow-up visits.
Her dedication to helping people began with her training and operating room internship at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. After working at Kaiser Permanente Medical Group as a nurse in a surgical and clinical setting, Lynn met Dr. Kemsley. He was with a plastic surgery group at that time and she had the opportunity to work with several doctors. It was during that period Lynn aligned herself with Dr. Kemsley because of the meticulous care he gave his patients before, during and especially after surgery.
Through experience in various surgical settings, Lynn prefers working in cosmetic surgery because the patients she works with are there by choice. Lynn describes Dr. Kemsley's office as a place where she derives great satisfaction from helping people obtain their desires. She relishes the opportunity to provide both medical information and emotional support to each individual. "Our goal is to help our patients attain the physical image they've always envisioned ."
Shannon, Office Manager/Patient Care Coordinator
"Dr. Kemsley is warm, caring, and a lot of fun. He's great to work with," says Shannon. She is responsible for patient scheduling, in addition to answering phones and greeting patients. In her role, she provides an essential service to patients offering pre- and post-op instructions, conducting follow-up phone calls, and ensuring that patients have all the information they need.

Crystal, Insurance and Patient Care Coordinator
Crystal enjoys learning all there is to know about plastic and reconstructive surgery. She is responsible for patient care and helping with receptionist duties such as answering the phones and scheduling. Crystal is also responsible for the insurance aspect of Dr. Kemsley's practice.
Crystal enjoys being part of the patient's experience in considering plastic surgery and finds it very rewarding and extremely enjoyable. She feels Dr. Kemsley has a warm soul with a great bedside manner and knows any patient that meets him will truly see his gift.
Beth, Esthetician
Beth takes great pleasure in pampering people. She wants to pursue her passion by allowing people the pleasure of relaxation and wellness in their lives. After completing her esthetician schooling, she is inspired and committed to providing treatments that preserve the skin. Beth wants to apply her passion and strong desire to nurture by providing people with the exceptional quality of service they deserve.
